This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and ensures that your device functions as intended under normal usage conditions. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@kondri.ch and provide proof of purchase along with a description of the issue. Returns must be made in the original packaging to ensure safe transit. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
